ABOUT YOGA IN BLOOM
Meet the teacher...
Hi! My name is Sami and I've been on my yoga journey for around ten years now. As a child I was clumsy and shy, yoga has given me confidence and awareness in both my physical body and mental wellbeing. I want to share this amazing practice with others, making it inclusive and accessible for everyone no matter their ability. In the past I have studied a degree in Counselling and Psychology and have a Masters in Children's Play. So I truly understand the importance of taking care of ourselves at all stages of life.
